The upward opening rail design perfectly avoids debris and dust falling into products on the lower tiers due to friction of the chain during operation, ensuring the hygiene of the products.
3.VFD Control and Easy Adjustment
The duration time can be easily adjusted for product varieties, as proofing time varies as per different products.4.PID control
Using airflow regulation device and PID loop resistance/capacitance humidity controller, air is continuously circulated up and down through centrifugal fan and heat exchanger to ensure uniform temperature and humidity in the insulation enclosure; humidity control accuracy can be controlled within ±3%, temperature of ±2ºC.
